Spring Break – 1983
Me, my college roommate, Lauren, her boyfriend at the time, his brother and one of our sorority sisters all piled in and traveled to Laurens’s parent’s condo at Vero beach, FL. We got sunburned, drank too much, danced, stayed out all night, slept most of the day and we called it a good time.
Spring Break – 2008
Me and my three sons have stayed home to take on a home improvement project. We’ve (Hubby helped with the heavy stuff) moved furniture, cleaned, painted, gone shopping for new bedding and room accessories and we’ve called it a good time.
Time, perspective and kids - they change everything.

So true.
I think the kids make everything more fun, even though you can let your hair down with your friends. Kids are so much more forgiving of, well, everything.
